Dr. Tia Harris is a Certified Master Mindset Life Coach, author, and founder of Successfully Divorced: Thriving with Kids. She holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Studies and specializes in helping women rebuild their lives after being raised without a father and the confusion of divorce through intentional healing, mindset mastery, and emotional growth.
A retired Chief Master Sergeant from the DC Air National Guard, Dr. Harris spent over two decades empowering others—especially military women—to rise into the best version of themselves. Her leadership journey continues off the base and into homes, journals, coaching sessions, and conversations with women navigating life after fatherlessness and divorce.
Her approach is rooted in her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Emotional Intelligence, and Confidence Coaching—but it’s also deeply personal. Having successfully creating a relationship with her childhood absent father and co-parenting with her ex-husband for years with two children thriving in college, Dr. Harris knows that healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about intention, grace, and growth.
